Flashlab Creative is looking for enthusiastic, creative individuals who are eager to learn and grow in a real agency environment. As an intern, you’ll work closely with our senior team across live client projects in areas like social media marketing, graphic design, motion graphics/animation, video editing, web development, app development, and SEO. This isn’t practice work - you’ll be part of actual campaigns for real clients, gaining hands-on experience from day one. This is a 3-month internship program designed to help you build a strong, industry-ready portfolio while learning how a fast-paced creative agency operates. You’ll get mentorship, exposure to real workflows, and the chance to understand how ideas move from concept to execution. We’re a supportive team that values learning, creativity, and growth - and for the right candidates, this can also be a fast-track into a full-time role.

We’re looking for talented Graphic Designers to create bold, on-brand visuals for print, digital, outdoor advertising, and brand identity for some of Goa’s top brands. You’ll work closely with our creative directors and clients to translate briefs into stunning deliverables. If design is your language and impact is your goal, this is your seat. At Flashlab Creative, you’ll be involved in designing social media creatives, campaign visuals, brand collaterals, event promotions, packaging, outdoor ads, and more. You’ll get to work with exciting clients across hospitality, lifestyle, food, retail, events, and local businesses that are growing fast. We’re looking for passionate, detail-oriented creatives who can bring fresh ideas, strong visual sense, and clean execution to the table. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have full ownership of the build process, working across React Native, Flutter, or native development depending on the project.
