Independent media planning, buying and strategy — so your budget goes where it actually performs instead of where it always has.
Most media budgets are inherited, not decided. The same hoarding gets renewed, the same magazine gets booked, and nobody checks whether either still reaches the people you're trying to sell to.
We start by auditing what you're already spending and what it returns. Then we rebuild the plan around your actual audience — which may well mean spending less in more places, or more in fewer. We're not tied to any vendor, so the recommendation follows the numbers.
Start a ProjectA full review of current spend, placements and returns — what's working, what's habit, and what's quietly wasting budget.
A channel-by-channel plan mapped to your goals, seasonality and budget, with expected reach and cost per outcome stated up front.
Negotiation and placement across print, outdoor, radio, cinema and digital — using rates we hold from years of buying in this market.
Clear splits across awareness, consideration and conversion, so you stop funding the top of the funnel and wondering why nothing closes.
Who actually buys from you, where they spend attention, and which of your assumptions the data doesn't support.
Where you sit against competitors and what to say to own a space that's actually available.
Monthly or quarterly reporting against the numbers we agreed at the start — not vanity metrics.
Ongoing counsel for in-house teams that want a second opinion before committing serious spend.
We don't take commissions from the outlets we recommend. If the honest answer is to cut a channel we'd otherwise sell you, that's the answer you get.
A decade of buying in Goa means we know which hoarding sites actually get seen, which slots are overpriced, and who will negotiate.
Strategy that stops at the deck is easy to ignore. If you want us to run what we recommend, the rest of the agency is right here.
Everything you need to know about this service.
Both, and you can take either. Some clients want a plan they hand to their own team. Others want us to buy, execute and report. The advisory fee is the same either way — execution is quoted separately.
Audits are a fixed one-off fee based on the number of channels in scope. Ongoing planning and advisory runs as a monthly retainer. Media buying is quoted per campaign. You'll always see our fee separately from the media spend itself.
Regularly. Plenty of our consulting clients have an in-house team or another agency running creative. We're happy to sit alongside them as the independent voice on where the money goes.
Below a certain spend, consulting fees eat the benefit. As a rough guide, if your annual media budget is small enough that a single campaign uses most of it, you're better off talking to us about that campaign directly.
Start with an audit of what you're already spending. Most clients find something worth cutting in the first week.
